He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cook and Belle Marie Cook. He is survived by: his wife Michele; and his siblings, Pamela Mann of Cascade, Kerry Cook of Hood River, Oregon. and Larrie Mason. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
