Esther left this world on March 9, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilberto Escobedo and Maria Criselda of Los Reyes; her siblings, Hector, Antonio, Elvia, Manuela, Raquel and Maria Elena; and her daughter Maria Schuelzke.
She is survived by: her husband Tomas Sanchez of Sepulveda; her children, Thelma (Dominic) of Beaverton, Tomas III (Corinna) of Salem, Angel (Michelle) of Portland, Raul (Tom) of Gresham and Yudel of Las Vegas, NV.; and her siblings, Carlos, Homero and Irma. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren.
