She is survived by: her siblings, Duane Jackson (Janice) and Alicia Kelley (Patrick); her children, Amy Blakey, Keith Welch Jr. (Jennifer) and Shawn Welch (Debby); her grandchildren, Joseph Welch (Hailey), Kayla Metje (Cole), Krysta Welch, Jessica Welch, Nate Welch, Rob Welch, Leah Blakey, Olivia Blakey and Gabriel Blakey; and her children, Isabel Flores and Maria Flores. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
