He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Moody and Stella Moody (Manning); and his siblings, Eldred, Bonna "Bonnie", Imogene "Jean" and Joyce.

He is survived by: his children, Carla Bird (Larry), Lynn Kahl (David), Rachelle Hazelton (Randy) and Gary Moody (Patty). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews as well as many close & dear friends.
