He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Scholer and Katherine Scholer; his son David; and his grandson Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Judean; his children, Steve (Mary) and Paula; his stepsons, Bob (Judi) and Jim (Janine); and his brothers, Bruce (Sharon) and Jerry. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
