She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wehr and Henrietta Wehr (Baxter); and her husbands, William Cooper and Dale Harvey. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Cooper (Ellen) of Eagle, Terry Harvey (Maggie) of Pacifica and Rod Harvey (Judy) of Eugene, Oregon. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held, COVID Restriction MAY APPLY, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 11:30 am followed by the Funeral Mass at 12:10 pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
