He is survived by: his siblings, Mimi and Dick; his spouse Phyllis Darlene Rivera; his children, David (Rosemary), Danielle (Dan), Deborah and Douglas (Sarah); his grandchildren, Dominic, Darian, Grayson, Haidyn, Jadon and Jesse; and his siblings, Richard (Diane) and Nancy (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
