He is survived by: his children, Richard Smith (Amy) of Grand Ronde, Melanie Hubbard (Mike) of Salem, Joey Smith of Willamina and Mindy Nichols (Zach) of Amity; and his grandchildren, Braden, Reece, Zeke, Calle and Michael.
