He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Latter and Arlene Latter; and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his former wife Judith Claire Wieting; his stepchildren, John T. Latter (Melinda), Robert W. Latter (Katherine) and Beth A. White (Jon); his grandchildren, Gabriel Latter, David MacKenzie, Joshua Latter, Michael Latter, Thomas Latter, Zoe Porter, Anna Latter and Halle Porter; his great grandchild Veronica Latter; and his sister Patricia Mead.
