He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Stephen Jr. and Mary; his stepdaughter Barbara; his grandchildren, Austin and Nicole; his brothers, Jack and Chris; and also Peter.

In lieu of flowers and to honor his memory, the family suggests that contributions be made to Portland State University Foundation to establish The Stephen Babcock Memorial Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 243, Portland, OR 97207-0243.
