He is survived by : his son Tony; his wife Stella Vokos Soter; his children, Anthony Soter of Portland, OR, Gregory Soter of Vienna, VA and Kathryn Soter of Sausalito, CA; his grandchildren, Loraine Burnham, Alex Heimbrodt, Nicholas Heimbrodt, Samantha Soter, Olivia Soter and Anton Soter; and his great grandchild Mathew Burnham.
