He was predeceased by : his parents, Claire McMillan (Mac) and Gladys McMillan. He is survived by : his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Tom Dye; his nieces, Jamie Hendrickson (Kellen) and Caitlin Munoz (Kaze); his nephew Sean Richards (Kat); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie Hendrickson, Quinn Richards, Dylan Hendrickson and Layne Munoz.

Memorial Contributions may be made to Portland Shriners Hospital for Children.
