He is survived by: his sister Karen; his brother-in-law Tom Dye; his nieces, Jamie Hendrickson (Kellen) and Caitlin Munoz (Kaze); his nephew Sean Richards (Kat); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Natalie Hendrickson, Quinn Richards, Dylan Hendrickson and Layne Munoz.
