He is survived by: his wife Betty Estella Elsner (Kyle); his children, Rex N. Elsner and Julie Kay Bradner; and his grandchildren, Rex J. Elsner, Tabetha Forrester, Lee Forrester Jr., Andrea Guerber (Elsner) and Ciera Nelson (Bradner).
