He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Smith and Janice Smith; his siblings, Corrine Monaco, Shawn Monaco of Weston, Kelby Killgore, Sarah Killgore of Milton-Freewater and Tisha Smith of Weston, Oregon; his nephews, Dylan and Dayton Monaco; and his niece Karlin Killgore. He was also cherished by his Dad, cooking with his mom and going on fishing adventures with his nephews.
