He is survived by: his wife Delores DeLay; and his children, Mike DeLay, Jeannie DeLay and Charles D. DeLay.
The family would like to thank the staff and nurses at St. Mary's Hospital for their care of Charles in his last days, while the hospital was at full capacity during the Covid-19 outbreak.
