With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Tjiong Phan of West Linn, Oregon, who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Djie Gik Tong and Tjoa Peni Nio. She is survived by: her husband Wesley; her children, Benjamin Pandey (Lisa Gunawan) and Eliza Adam (Sani); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Adam and Maria Samantha Olivia Pandey; her siblings, Olly Rantiatmodjo and Jongkie Rantiatmodjo (Presilla Hing); and her niece Joice Amanda Rantiatmodjo. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
