He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Turin and Eliza Turin; his children, Mount Angel and Welches; his wife Clara; and his children, Dan (Jeannette), Dennis (Vicki), Dave (Shelly), Doug, Debbie (Jim) and Doreen (Scott). He was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
