He was predeceased by: his parents, Ennis Keizer and Frances Keizer; his former wife Joanne; and his sister Ann Engelcke. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Kiki Keizer (Todd Gay), Molly Peters (Ron), Melissa Saul (Michael Hayes), Joseph Keizer (Sandy Heurion) and Douglas Sampson; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Rivera Saul (Gemma), Malea Saul, Miles Saul and Josh Sampson; and his brother Philip Keizer (Ann).
