He was predeceased by: his wife Reta; his parents, Robert, Sr. and Willie Lee Stiner; and his siblings, Willis Stiner, Floyd Stiner, Dean Jones, Faye Skaggs, Pauline Baker and Marie Dunham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelley Anella (Lou) of Stillwater, OK and Lisa Kistler (Steve) of Stillwater, OK; his grandchildren, Kinsey Kistler of Denver, CO, Kelsey Kistler of Denver, CO and Henry Kulick of Minneapolis, MN; his siblings, Edmond Stiner of Warrenton, Preston Stiner of Edmond, OK, Claude Stiner of Tuttle, OK, Reta Gaona of Oklahoma City, OK and Ruth Skaggs of Jefferson, GA; and his siblings-in-law, Calvin Baker of Midwest City, OK, Dan Dunham of Blanchard, OK and Sunny Stiner of Tuttle, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
