He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his brother Ken; and his nephew Fred. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Bulletset of Camas, WA, Katie Bulletset of Seaside, OR and Von Whitney of Seaside, OR; his sister-in-law Elsie Cook; his cousin Rozeanne Douthit; his nieces and nephews, Jim, Claudia, Dave, Mike Cook, Susan, Denzel, Karen, Eric Wassilchalk, Debbie Bulletset and Tim Bulletset; his grandchildren, Emily O'Casey, Michael O'Casey and Isaac O'Casey; and his great grandchild Owen O'Casey.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lower Columbia Hospice or Clatsop County Animal Shelter.
