It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Proctor of Warrenton, Oregon, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Moore and John Proctor. He is survived by: his children, Calvin Proctor and Haley Lehman (Daniel); his grandson Daxton Lehman; his sister Judy Williams (Jay); his stepmother Marcia Proctor; and his stepsiblings, Nancy Nead and Joe Kolmer (Lora). He is also survived by his family and friends.
