She is survived by: her spouse Albert Schmit; her brother John Vanderwerf (Judy) of Seattle; and her children, Carolyn Nelson of Gaston, Randy Nelson of Christmas Valley, Dave Nelson (Becky) of Warren and Toni Nelson (Greg) of Warren.
