He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Bernhardt and Edna Mae Bernhardt (Burress); and his sister Brenda Bomberger. He is survived by: his wife Shelly McKillip; his son Will Bernhardt of St. Paul; and his grandchildren, Alexa, Tristan (Paige), Jezzie, Jillian, Camden, Johnny, Chloe, Natalie and Isabele. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and close friends.
