It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Anna Blatcher of Waldport, Oregon, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Blatcher; and her children, Diane Ross and Michael Blatcher. She is survived by: her children, Joseph T. Edgewater Park (Jan), David (Jill) and NJ. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
