He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Rilatos and Tuton Rilatos; and his daughter Shawna Rilatos. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rilatos; and his children, Phil Rilatos Jr., Lily Rilatos, Denise Jordan, Dana Rilatos Jennings, Larry Chacon, Bill Chacon and Kimmy Rilatos Black.
