It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karon Suzanne Weitzel of Waldport, Oregon, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon McKinney and Helen McKinney; and her brothers, George, Rick and Vern.

She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle and Tami; her grandchildren, Brittney, Michael, Tylor and Kimberly; and her great grandchildren, Nikko, Amaya, Evangeline and Benjamin. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Angelman Syndrome organization.
