It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel F. Kinney (Vernonia, Oregon), born in Wyatt, West Virginia, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Ashcraft and Alta Erma Ashcraft (Somerwill); her husband Homer "Gerald" Kinney; and her sister Dorothy Sheley. She is survived by: her sons, Garry Kinney of Vernonia, Gerald (Alicia Kinney) and William (Jeannette Kinney); and her sister Yvonne Parkhurst of Salem, Oregon.. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
