She is survived by: her brother Jerry Hays; her friends, Darlene, Nancy, Judy and Carolyn; her close friends, Max, Laura Buckner, Darrell and Sharon McKee; her friends, Jim, Ginger Johns, John, Maryann Shaw and Glenda Delemos; her husband Kenneth Smejkal; her daughters, Susan (David Brill), Cindy Smejkal Greenwood (Jack Greenwood) and Sharon Smejkal (Jim Brunsman) of Dayville; her siblings-in-law, Sherry Hayes of LaGrande and Jim Smejkal (Sandee Simmons) of Banks, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Ryan (Misty Brill) of Sandy, Oregon, Ben (Tiffany Brill) of Sandy, Oregon, Becky (Dustin Kofstad) of Vernonia, Oregon, Erica (Kevin Steiert) of Sandy, Oregon, Travis Krieger (Carrie LaRoy) of Walla Walla and Tony (Amie Krieger) of Vernonia, Oregon; and her great grandchild Hayden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
