Staats; her children, Teri Lynn Williams, Chris Michael Staats and Steven Greggory Staats; her husband Robert Riggs; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Bethany Staats, Jeff Steiert, Jason, Heather Staats, Ricky, Sarah Williams, Kelsey, Cory Nystul, Brad, Kelly Bates, Camille, Caroline Riggs, Brook and Kristine Parker Gloria. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
