He is survived by: his wife Christine Cochrane; his children, Stefany Hazelett of Reno, Nevada, Donna Barkdoll (Moore) of Elma, Washington, Steven (Nary Hazelett), Joseph (Carmelia Hazelett) and Marcie (Greg Duvall); his grandsons, Devon Hazelett of Vancouver and Levi Hazelett of Wilsonville; his sons, Derek Barkdoll of Kelso, Washington, Dylan Barkdoll of Happy Valley, Dalton Garrett, Dustin Garrett of Vancouver, C. J. Hazelett of Tualatin, Oregon, Jared Hazelett of Federal Way, Washington and Caylee Hotchkiss of Forest Grove, Oregon; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn Hazelett of Wilsonville, Oregon, Gage Hazelett of Vancouver, Washington, Elaynea and Connor Barkdoll of Kelso, Washington; and his sisters, Joan Schumacher (Patricia "Patty" Esser), Janet (Christopher Dow) and Carol Bass of Santa Cruz, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
