She is survived by: her parents, David Caldwell and Rebecca O'Dell (Swift) of Hillsboro, Oregon; her husband Chad Shaffer; her stepmother Margaret Caldwell of Ripon; her siblings, Shauna Hunt of Brussels, Belgium, Jack Caldwell of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Patrick Caldwell of Ripon, California, Timothy Caldwell of Ripon, California and Kelly Caldwell of Ripon, California; and her grandmothers, Marge Swift of Sequim and Leona Conwell of LaPine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
