It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra H. Larson (Veneta, Oregon), born in Gouverneur, New York, who passed away on January 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Howe and Beatrice Howe; her grandchildren, Emily and Duncan; her sister Marcia Howe; her husband Larry; her children, Andrea and Quinn; and her niece Clea Howe Matson. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and their spouses and children from her brother.
