He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Harris and Fannie Harris (Haw); his wife Jeanne; his stepson Roy W. Carter; and his sisters, Helen and Lois.
He is survived by: his daughter Julia Harris Rosner of Hermiston; his stepdaughter Carol Carter; his brother Donald Harris of Eugene; and his grandchildren, Angela Rosner Eastwood of Grand Island, NE, Jeff Rosner of Lake Forest, CA, Misty Rosner Ritzel of Palm Bay, FL, Nick Obert of Wood Village, OR, Julia Obert Chambers of Gresham, OR and Elizabeth Obert Estey of Colton, OR. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Memorial donations in Wayne's memory can be made to the Hermiston Senior Center or to Vange John Memorial Hospice.
