He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Fowers Johnson of Vale; his stepchildren, Madison, Brian Forrest, Dallie, Emersyn, Isabella, Cal, Matthew, Travis and April Johnson; his stepgrandchildren, Riley, Diesel, Claire and Tucker; his stepchildren, Rishelle and Myles Scott; his stepgrandchildren, Brinley, Ellie, Warren and Nolan; his stepchildren, Lacy and John Blake; his stepgrandchildren, Bailey, Sadie, Jack and Jace; his stepchildren, Lisa and Jon Jensen; and his stepgrandchildren, Beau and Luke.
