We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Albert Ray Stoaks of Vale, Oregon, born in Los Angeles, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Stoaks and Bessie J. Stoaks (Shaw); his siblings, Robert, Charles, James, Louise, Orilla and Mary; and his daughter Rebecca Kays.
He is survived by: his wife Charline Stoaks; his daughter Joyce Blackburn (Sam); his granddaughter Rachel Grace (Nick); his great grandchild Mariah Buthman (Jesse); his son John Kays; his siblings, John Stoaks, Edward Stoaks and Ruth Graybill; and also, Seth Blackburn (Dionna), Mary France, Melissa Parnell and Chris Stoaks (Jennie).
