He is survived by: his mother Carol Rae Kohls (Laam); his daughter Rayna Mayberry; his grandsons, Kanyon and Liam; his sister Becky Williams; his nephew Shane Williams; his niece Shelbi Brown; and his great-nephew Reid Brown.
