We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2020, at the age of 91, Joy Ann Smith (Union, Oregon), born in Boise City, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clifford McCullough and Geneva McCullough (Cross); her children, Kenna Jo Punches (Rod) of Boardman, OR, Mike Smith (Virginia) of Yuba City, CA, Sue Ann Hill (Charles) of The Dalles, OR and Janice Meheen (Dave) of Pasco, WA; her sister Kay Miller of Bend, OR; and her husband Ken E. Smith. She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
