He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Curtis Tibbs and Marilyn L. McIntyre (Gray). He is survived by: his son Dalton Tibbs (Payton Meisner) of Carlton, Oregon; his brother Edward Tibbs of Union, Oregon; his niece Shannon Tibbs (Blake Bousley); and his great-niece Hazel of Ketchikan, Alaska..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the VFW Hall (518 N Main St, Union, OR 97883).
