He is survived by: his sister Kathy Whitton; his children, Tricia Douglas of Long Creek, Malissa Wurtz, Brianne Blackwell of Laytonville and Quentin Auther of La Grande, Oregon; and also Travis Wurtz of Pendleton. He is also survived by grandchildren, and 1 great grandbaby as well as many many nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Emigrant Springs State Park (65068 Old Oregon Trail Hwy, Meacham, OR 97859).
