He is survived by: his children, Forest III (Kim) of Ukiah, Amber Rhinehart of Umatilla, Crystal Rhinehart of Pendleton and Jesse (Lisa) of Long Creek; his sister Susan Grieb of Hermiston; his niece Rhonda Cummings of Hermiston; and his nephew Terry Riddle of Lexington. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
