She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Dell and Elizabeth O'Dell; and her siblings, Lee, Michael, Keith and Maria.
She is survived by: her former husband Bill Monahan; her children, Dan Monahan (Yvette), John Monahan (Dallas), Becky Monahan (Toeknee Jungst) and Cami Monahan (Mike Kau); her grandchildren, Trevor, Chris, Austin, Cori, Taytum, Hayden, Ashley, Lexi, Zach, Maci and Annika; and her sisters, Lorraine Walden and Karen Harrell.
Family suggest memorial donations in Billie's memory be made to Hermiston Little League Baseball in her memory.
