She is survived by: her parents, Mike Dennis and Sharon Goodman Dennis; her siblings, Michael Dennis, Becky Ann Dennis and Michelle Boone; her nephews, Cade and Jude; and her grandmother Martha. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
At her request, Melissa did not want any services, but her family would hope in her honor to donate to one of two charities: the Oregon Humane Society or The American Cancer Society.
