He was predeceased by: his parents, William Brockley (Bill) and Nell Mahoney Brockley; and his sister Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Susan (Paul), John Jr. (Hilary) and Dan (Rosanna); his grandchildren, Nathan (Colette), Julia, Cecilia and Katherine; his siblings-in-law, Valerie Thom and Andy Kaplan; his aunt Gerry George; his nieces, Carole Loy and Alexandra Kaplan; and his nephew Simon Kaplan.
