It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Lee Westrell (Tualatin, Oregon), born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on March 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Harlan Axel Westrell (Wes); and her children, Karen Westrell (Bill Rosser), Kirk Westrell and Nancy Westrell. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many friends.
