He is survived by: his mother Linda Luera; his fiancée Krista Kelly; his stepfather Roy Luera; his siblings, Shane Ferris, Matthew Luera and Olivia Luera; his sister-in-law Antoinette Ferris; his aunts and uncles, Pat Campos, Colleen McNally, Mary Campos, Toni Alcaraz, Frank Campos and Al Corral; his nieces, Alexia Reyes and Andrea Ferris; and his nephew Aiden Ferris.
