He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Toni J Cook of Troutdale Oregon; his brothers, Gary Cook (Nancy) of Green Valley and Douglas Cook (Lorri) of Eugene, Oregon.; and his parents, Laurence Allen Cook and Clarabella Edythe Cook. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family & many wonderful friends.
