He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cochran and Josephine Cochran; his wife Joyce; and his siblings, Russell, Delores, Josephine and Myrlyn.
He is survived by: his brothers, Melvin and Fred; his children, Bob (Donna) of Gresham and Becky Calder (Rudy) of Poulsbo, Washington; his grandchildren, Kyle (Lindsey), Katharina, Emily and Mindy Calder; and his great grandchild Callan Cochran.
