He is survived by: his sons, Matthew Allen Johnson and Mitchell Allen Johnson; and his siblings, Robert Lee Johnson, Vicki Ann Hedrick, Douglas Edward Johnson and Gary Dale Sims. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
