She was predeceased by: her parents, Rex Scott and Winnie Scott (Chronister). She is survived by: her husband Bruce Blubaum of Gresham, OR; her children, Brian Blubaum (Michael Jones) of Petaluma, CA, Scott Blubaum (Leigh) of Gresham, OR, Sandi Gillgam (Matt) of Gresham, OR and Susan Blubaum of Gresham, OR; her sisters, May Baucom of Gresham, OR and Helen Betts of Sandy, OR.; and her grandchildren, Joe, Jacob, Katie and Olivia.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made in the form of donations to the Ascension Lutheran Church Mission Fund, in honor of Judy.
