He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Lowery and Mary Lowery of Toledo Oregon; his children, Troy Lowery of Corvallis, Tammy Warfield (Rodney) of Toledo and Mark Lowery (Jenice) of Salem; and his sisters, Sharon Burchett, Carol Navolynski, Peggy Cabballos and Donna Chrisman. He is also survived by children, 1 great granddaughter, six nieces and two nephews.
